Converted Georgian town house split into 4 apartments. This 3 bedroom apartment is located on the first and second floors, it has access to a large balcony to the rear with bbq. Sleeps up to 6 people and in a convenient area for the city centre and surrounding areas.

Numerous shops 5 minutes walk away on Clifton Street including Tesco Express, alternatively support our local businesses by shopping at Waterloo Gardens convenience store (there is also a post office and excellent coffee shop next door).

Wellfield Road comes highly recommended - take a stroll through leafy Roath to enjoy a choice of restaurants to suit your taste. Whether you’re looking for brunch (Juno Lounge, Waterloo Tea), lunch (Coffee #1), or dinner (Troy Meze, Cameo Club) there is plenty to choose from. Don’t forget to pop in to Joe’s ice cream for a treat too!

Located on the 1st and 2nd Floors so to access the apartment you will require to walk up a flight of stairs. There is no lift.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
