Bilocale accogliente, ben tenuto e pulito. La posizione è ottima rispetto al centro cittadino, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, con la possibilità di lasciare comodamente la propria vettura nei posti auto privati adiacenti l'abitazione. Il terrazzino è comodo e luminoso. Unica pecca: mancanza di zanzariere e Wi-Fi.
