LAYOUT VILLA ZAHRA Villa Zahra consists of two floors.
The villa is modernly furnished and has a welcoming atmosphere, with white walls and warm accents.
Moreover, the large windows of the villa let in lots of natural light.
The living room is located on the first floor and is connected to a large balcony.
The living room has a comfortable sitting area with fireplace and a TV corner with digital TV (Dutch channels) and music system.
In this room you will also find a nice, round dining area with six chairs.
From the living room you reach the modern kitchen, which is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, blender, juicer, kettle and Nespresso machine.
There are two bedrooms situated on the first floor.
Bedroom 1 offers a king-size double bed and ensuite bathroom with double sink, bath/shower combination and toilet.
This room provides access to the balcony.
The other bedroom (2) has two single beds.
In addition, the first floor offers a seperate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The ground floor consists of a guest accomodation, which can be reached from outside by stairs.

OUTDOOR LIVING VILLA ZAHRA The outdoors at Villa Zahra is amazing.
The spacious garden is almost completely fenced and looks attractive.
Moreover, because of the many trees in the garden, you will always be able to find some shade.
Around the private pool (8m x 5m x 2m) there are 6 sunbeds, so you can enjoy all sunhours.
The pool is not heated, but can be covered.
Here you will also find a poolside shower.
The terraces on the first floor can be reached from the outside by stairs.
The sun terrace (60 m2) is covered with artificial grass and is situated on the south.
Therefore, nearly the entire day this terras is covered in sunshine.
There is a beautiful covered modern outdoor kitchen with wood-fired barbecue and dining table with chairs and bench.
In addition, a cozy sitting area with a view of the green surroundings and the Ifach rock of Calpe.
Next to the sun terrace you will find the balcony that is connected to the living room (40m2).
This balcony features a terrace with awnings and a dining table.
From here you also have a great view of the green surroundings and the mountains.
Also useful: the villa has a garage for storing bicycles or a rental car.
This way you can easily explore the area.

De aparte studio biedt extra privacy voor de eventuele gasten
Veel goed gerichte ramen die voldoende zonlicht binnenlaten zodat het huis opwarmt.

Wat hebben wij het fijn gehad in de villa! De rust, het uitzicht en het prachtige weer het was top. Wij komen absoluut nog eens terug.
