Robert's property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It's close to stores and restaurants, as well as close proximity to the parks. It was about equal distance between the beaches. We did enjoy our stay at Robert's home. I would suggest that there could be some upgrades done like flooring and mattresses. The view was amazing and the pool was heated which we truly enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet.
