Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Amiens, this charming studio, redone at the beginning of 2023, of a surface of 19 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers.
Located on the second floor, it is composed of a nice living room, an equipped kitchenette and a shower room.
Sheets and towels are included.
We are waiting for you! The apartment facing west is composed as follows: - A living room with TV (Orange and OCS bouquet), Wifi (optical fiber), double bed (140×190) and dining area. - A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates... - A bathroom with shower and toilet. The studio is ideally located in Amiens, close to the city center, the universities and the CHU, in a very pleasant and calm environment.
You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Come and discover the House of Jules Vernes but also Notre-Dame d'Amiens, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world. - Let yourself slide into a floating world: The hortillonnages. - The lively city center of Amiens will bring you all the shops you need and you can stroll in the Saint-Leu district while tasting the Macaroons of Amiens. - A bike place is available for the more sporty or those who want to ride in the hortillonnages, the city center of Amiens, the ballad of the 3 castles, the valley of Boves or the valley of Somme. Transportation : - You can park for free near the accommodation. - Bus: the N2 bus at the foot of the apartment will take you to the CHU, the universities, the main train station and the city center in 10 minutes. - Nearest train station: Amiens located at about 10 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Paris Beauvais located at about 40 minutes by car. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free wifi (fiber optic) with welcome pack, access to Orange package and OCS. - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. - For more security, the entrance of the building is equipped with a camera. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.

Bon séjour dans ce studio très calme et bien équipé malgré un problème de télévision non fonctionnelle mais pris en compte par le propriétaire !
Le stationnement sature facilement autour du logement.
Je recommande malgré cela cette location.

🙁 Die ganze Zeit hatte ich kein heißes Wasser. Man hat zwar meine Mail sofort beantwortet, aber das Problem konnte nicht gelöst werden. Der Innenhof könnte ansprechender gestaltet werden."
