The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and dining table for six, a living/dining room with Smart TV, woodburning stove and dining table for six, and a snug with sofa bed and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, and a twin, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is roadside parking at the dead-end of the road and an enclosed, rear terraced garden with lawn, patio, furniture and summerhouse. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and 0.4 miles the coast. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Aberdeenshire at 20 South High Street. Note: There are three steps up into the living/dining room, please take care. Note: The stairs in this property are open tread, please take care. Note: The garden is terraced and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

The cottage is comfortable, attractive, clean and well-equipped. It’s close to the village center and all the things you would want to do in Portsoy. Highly recommended!
