The living room with open-plan kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances, is also located on the first floor.

All rooms are accessible via a shared hallway with toilet, which may be used by other guests. On the ground floor there is a spacious "Stube", which you can use as a dining room (possibly shared with other guests).

Use of the "Stube" is permitted until 21:00.

Thanks to its central location, you can quickly reach well-known places such as Zell am See, Salzburg, the famous Krimml waterfalls or the Großglocknerstraße.

There are numerous golf courses in the immediate vicinity, and active holidaymakers can go rafting, mountain biking or hiking nearby. In addition, dinner is available at the Hotel Victoria (approx. 50 m away) at a special price for guests of the holiday flat.
