The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Alexain near Mayenne, this charming house of a surface of 200 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 10 travellers.
It is composed of a nice living room of 27 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of about 1 000 m².
Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor - A living room of 27 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), fireplace (wood not provided) - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet - A separate toilet On the first floor - Four bedrooms with queen-size bed (160×200) and each with an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet For even more comfort: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - A beautiful garden of 1 000 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days The house is ideally located in Alexain, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Possibility to fish in the nearby pond - Near several interesting sites (Cistercian abbey of the 13th and 17th century, the caves of Saulges...) - Jublains archeological site at about 15 km - 22 km from Laval (XI century castle...) - 80 km from Mont Saint Michel - The bicycle paths that follow the towpath of the Mayenne river (elected route of the year 2018 by the Federation of bicycle tourism) at about 105 km - The Laval golf course is 13 km away Transportation: - You can park for free nearby. - Nearest train station : Laval at 25 km (about 26 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne at 99 km (about 1h12 minutes by car) Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.

La piscine et sa cuisine d'été nous ont permis de passer un weekend fantastique entre amis. L'ambiance des jardins avec ses lumières pendant la nuit.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées.
