The holiday home accommodates up to 7 guests on holiday by the beach of Torre Lapillo.
The holiday home is on the ground floor of a 8-unit apartment complex.
It`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, Internet wi-fi, hair-dryer, tv, electric oven, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board.
Washing machine and outdoor shower are shared.
Apartment for 7 guests in Torre Lapillo The apartment is on the ground floor.
The apartment consists of a kitchen with induction hobs, 2 bedrooms (double bedroom and triple bedroom), living room with double sofa bed and 1 full bathroom.
From the living room you have access to the outdoor dining area.
At the back of the complex there is the laundry area with washing machines and sink.
The surroundings of the apartment The complex is on the beach of Torre Lapillo and it`s ideal for a relaxing holiday near the city centre. The complex is 200 meters away from a supermarket and 500 meters away from shops such as fish shop, butcher shop, newsstand, fruit and vegetable market in the morning and weekly market every thursday. The closest beach establishment is 800 meters away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning in the bedrooms. - Shared washing machine and outdoor shower.

Die nähe zum Meer. Das die Wohnung in einen Dorf ist, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Küche ist sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet. Kochen ist nur mit viel Ideenreichtum möglich. Es hat in der ganzen Wohnung kein Haken zum etwas aufzuhängen.
