The apartment’s location is ideal for visitors to the Millennium Centre and Mermaid Quay with its many shops, restaurants, café’s and bars, which are only a short walk away.
It's approximately a 15-20 minutes walk to Cardiff city centre and the Principality Stadium, which can also be reached by a lovely riverside walk as well as the Aquabus.
Guest access SITE FACILITIES (Free to access) : Access must be arranged with the concierge. - Gym (Cardio, free weights and machines) - Swimming Pool - Private designated parking - 24Hr Concierge Security with CCTV Additional rules - No smoking, parties, or events - Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 11AM - Self check-in with lockbox - Parties are strictly prohibited - Extra guests are not allowed - Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated.
Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm. - Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible - This is your home in Cardiff, please care for it as such - Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property - Must climb stairs - lot's of steps due to the character of the property. - Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £200 Additional Information: IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog).
Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
