This studio apartment is ideally located near pedestrian streets and all amenities.
You'll be able to enjoy Mimizan beach and the many activities in and around Mimizan. You'll be able to stroll through the Landes forest, discover Spain and the Basque Country; many activities await you! This apartment sleeps 2 to 4 people, featuring a living room with a double sofa bed, an entrance hall with two bunk beds (90x190cm), and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment features a balcony with breathtaking ocean views, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors with family or friends! A 5m² storage room is available on the ground floor to store your bikes, surfboards, or other equipment for your activities. A numbered parking space is available in the residence. Pets not allowed. BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL. (Please bring the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towels, salt/pepper, oil, etc.) To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax (from €0.83 to €4.40 depending on the room type/night/person) and the security deposit (including €500 and €1000).
