Die Lage am Park und die Einrichtung der Wohnung sind sehr schön.
Die Spülmaschine ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und funktioniert leider nicht mehr so richtig. Die Duscharmatur war undicht und der Wasserdruck war eher mäßig. Schön wäre es auch, ein Brotmesser in der Küche zu haben.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer waren wie abgebildet und schön eingerichtet.
Abzug gibt es für die Sauberkeit in der Küche. Herd und Backofen waren verkrustet, Besteck und Geschirr teilweise nicht sauber. Das lag wohl an der Funkt...

L'emplacement en cœur de ville avec stationnement en face de l'immeuble toujours disponible. Logement très bien équipé et propre.
Prévenir que l'appartement au 2ème étage serait difficile d'accès pour une personne à mobilité réduite (escalier étroit et raide). La télévision était complètement déréglée. Accès impossible aux chaînes mais Netflix a fonctionné.
