Martin, Argentinian by birth & Burgundian by adoption (music teacher speaking 5 languages!) & Isabelle open the doors of a charming 19th century "bourgeois" residence full of character steeped in history (former house of Armand Calliat, famous artist, archaeologist & historian, renowned "Burgundy scholar") fully restored with style & taste, located on the edge of an alley a stone's throw from the first vineyards & a park (playground) in the heart of the wine-growing & shopping village of Givry.
Ancient fortified village of which the remains of the ramparts remain, famous for its AOC (flagship of the Côtes Chalonnaises) & its very rich classified heritage (numerous churches, Romanesque building from the 12th century, Porte de l'Horloge, round hall, Cellier aux Moines, wash houses, residences of character...), this charming town nestled in the hollow of a magnificent unspoilt valley of vineyard hillsides & meadows, surrounded by vast national forests, has all the services & shops and numerous leisure activities including the "Park" Acrogivry" (the largest treetop adventure park in Burgundy, one of the largest Adventure parks in France) & benefits from a beautiful rural and natural setting, with sublime landscapes.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt, bis zur Bäckerei und auch zum Fleischer kurzer Fussweg.Der komplette Umbau des Hauses ist neu. Super moderne Küche, bei der nichts fehlt. Es gibt Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder, Parkplatz gegenüber des Hauses kostenfrei.
