Bright apartment with sea views , located on the beachfront and with capacity for 6 people.
It is located in a residential complex with a communal pool and tennis courts. The apartment has a living-dining room with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6 people.
The kitchen is open-plan with a breakfast bar with two stools for guests.
It is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker...) From the living room you can access the terrace from where you can see the sea and the Marina beach, a very family-friendly and quiet area to relax.
Nearby is the port of Aiguadolç where you can find bars and restaurants of all kinds.
There is also a supermarket just a few minutes away. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with a double bed and the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
It also has another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the guests. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom.
It has high-speed WiFi connection.
The apartment can be accessed by stairs or elevator.
It is located on the first floor. There is a free parking area with exclusive access for residents that guests can use. There are many good things about this apartment but also some less very obvious bad ones.

This apartment is in a fantastic location and if it were a well managed property I would recommend it.
