This charming 130 m² gîte, which sleeps up to 8 people, has been converted from a former painting gallery and is located on the port side of Dinan.
It comprises a pretty 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower).
Exposed beams and stonework add to the charm of this unusual place, where contemporary meets ancient.

The accommodation comprises Day area - A 60 m² living room with a view of the Port and the Rance, comprising a sitting area with TV and double sofa bed (160x200), and a dining area with a large dining table. - A large, fully-equipped 17 m² kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
Sleeping area - Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A mezzanine area with twin beds (90x200) - A shower room with shower and WC - A shower room with shower, separate WC with access from the shower room For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, combined washing machine and tumble dryer, fan.
The gîte is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant area of medieval architecture.
This charming gîte, right in the heart of the port of Dinan, close to the Jerzual leading to the historic centre, stands alongside the River Rance and the old buildings so dear to Dinan.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc. are nearby.
Activities : - Visit the Château de Dinan, the Clock Tower, the English garden, guided tour of the town and port on the little train. - Various events throughout the year at the Théâtre des Jacobins - Fête des Remparts every two years in July - Fashion Festival in October - Cycling or walking along the banks of the Rance, - Electric boats, canoes or cruises on the River Rance - Visit Saint Malo, Dinard...
Events : - Fête des remparts in July every 2 years (one of the biggest medieval festivals in Europe) - Music festival every year in the first week of August - Fashion festival in October - Water jousts every year in July Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the gite's private, closed garage with space for 2 cars (possible for 4x4s, estate cars etc.
It is not possible to park a van high up).
Free parking is also available along the harbour and in free car parks around 200 metres away.
As far as other modes of transport are concerned, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Dinan station 3.5 km - Nearest airport: Dinard airport 18.9 km away Other information : - Bed linen and towels included.
