Inside the property there are various stone buildings expertly restored and divided into 10 comfortable apartments, furnished in a typical Tuscan style and equipped with air conditioning.
The property has a large garden and each apartment has a private and equipped outdoor area.
The swimming pool allows guests to relax and enjoy a beautiful view over the ancient city of Cortona.
Note: The villa has an outdoor video surveillance system Distances : Cortona with all kinds of shops 3 km, Camucia (railway station) 3 km, Arezzo 30 km.
Lake Trasimeno is located approx. 15 km.
At guests' disposal : large equipped outdoor areas, swimming pool (16 x 8 m - maximum depth 2.2 meters), barbecue.
