Willows Lodge, a delightful stylish two-bedroom lodge on the popular White Cross Bay Holiday Park, which is tucked away in Troutbeck Bridge on the shores of Lake Windermere.
Set in amongst the breathtaking setting of the Lake District National Park and just a stone’s throw from the illustrious Windermere, this pet-friendly abode is the perfect place for couples, friends, and families to explore the natural beauty of the region and make lasting memories.
Once you arrive at Willows Lodge, you'll be greeted by a welcoming beautifully-styled open-plan living space; make use of a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials you need to create delicious meals for everyone to enjoy, before gathering around the dining table to tuck in over a bottle of fizz!
If you prefer to dine alfresco, head outdoors onto the wraparound decking, where you can soak up the tranquil atmosphere of the area, and pop corks until sundown.
On cooler evenings, retreat to the inviting sitting area, complete with a handy Smart TV, so you can keep up to date with all your favourite shows or indulge in a movie marathon.
When the evening draws to a close, take your pick of two charming bedrooms, comprising a double with a Smart TV, an en-suite shower room, where you can get ready or wind down for the day in style, and a twin with a Smart TV.
The bathroom is also equipped with all the usual fittings, so you can treat yourself to a revitalising shower or long soak in the tub after a day of exploring your surroundings.
In the morning, take a trip to the infamous Bowness on Windermere for a pleasant day out. From here the options are endless with the variety of shops, cafes, pubs and attractions or head to the lake for outdoor activities, including a lake cruise.
Across the lake, take time to visit the National Trust sites of Hill Top and Wray Castle. Stop by Ambleside to explore the array of shops, cafes, and pubs, or simply head out into the hills and take in the stunning views surrounding the town. With Grasmere, Rydal and the delights of Hawkshead practically on your doorstep, Willows Lodge has everything you need to make lasting memories in the Lake District.

Willows Lodge is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and a twin with Smart TV, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed wraparound decking area with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars is available. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop, within 0.5 miles, a pub, and within 0.3 miles, Windermere and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Willows Lodge is a lovely escape for a family or group of friends in the Lake District. Note: There are several steps up to the entrance of the property.
