Cocoonr Agency offers you this 17 m² studio apartment in Toulouse which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 5th floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive living room, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows
- A living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hotplates, etc.
- A double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

The apartment is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the accommodation (paid parking).
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau 2 km (8 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac airport 9 km (20 min by car)

Le Colombier Appartement idéalement situé en plein centre de Toulouse, avec tous les équipements adaptés pour un séjour. La seule petite chose à savoir est qu’il est au cinquième étage d’un immeuble sans ascenseur.

Le Colombier Top location and easy check out but… The place is much more worn out in real life. The studio was extremely hot and could not cool down as there is a big fan but not an air conditioner. The toilet makes an awful a lot of noise (but I guess this is because of the lack of pressure).

Le Colombier Very beautiful apartment located in the heart of Toulouse! Apartment was on a busy, vibrant street and was peaceful in the evening and throughout the night. Lovely and clean and looked exactly like the listing; me and my partner stayed for 3 nights and were more than pleased with it. Would definitely recommend.
