This one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor; the building includes an elevator which, however, cannot be used (it is necessary to climb 2 stairs to access the apartment).
The apartment opens onto the living area, which includes table for 4, full-size sleeper sofa (143 cm x 197 cm), TV area and fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, washer and dishwasher.
The master bedroom is furnished with Queen-size bed, ceiling fan and large 7-door wardrobe, and bathroom with shower.

The lilac line is also convenient for reaching the San Siro Stadium (7 stops away) and the Portello exhibition center (3 stops away).

Excellent location, peaceful and residential area, variety of restaurants, Big supermarkets within walkable distance, Quite close to metro station. t couldhave been better if it had Air Conditioning.
