The Villa Alba boasts expansive sliding glass doors that flood the interior with natural light, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces and extending the living area into the beautiful undulating garden.
Featuring a striking contemporary design with sleek modern lines and minimalist decor, the villa offers all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
The centerpiece of the villa is the spacious open-plan living and dining room, which overlooks the inviting swimming pool. A brick barbecue is provided for grilling up summer delicacies or sampling fresh fish from the local market.
Additionally, an independent home studio with a kitchenette, sitting area, dining area, two single beds (that can be converted into a double bed), and a bathroom with a shower is available on the property. The ground floor of the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining room with a fireplace, and a suite with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A video projection system with CD and DVD players is also available for work presentations or movie nights. The first floor features a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, two suites with double beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers and balconies, and two suites with single beds (that can be converted into double beds) and bathrooms with walk-in showers and balconies. The lower floor includes a bathroom with a double shower, a laundry room, and blinds and blackouts in every bedroom.
Additionally, hair dryers are available in every bathroom. Outside, the villa features a private heated swimming pool (4.5 m x 9 m), a non-heated Jacuzzi, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven, a garden, sun beds, table tennis, and private parking. Conveniently located just a few kilometers away from golden sandy beaches and a half-hour drive from the vibrant streets of Lisbon, the Villa Alba is an ideal spot for enjoying Portugal's Lisbon coast.
