We offer this charming 42 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Sanary-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows: - A 20 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Mezzanine with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Additional equipment: washing machine, barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 40 m² west-facing terrace, with furniture The apartment is ideally located in Sanary-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Portissol beach approx. 500 m away - Nautical activities - Numerous hiking trails - Visits to villages, the Pointe de la Cride, possibility of taking a boat from the port of Sanary-sur-Mer to visit Porquerolles, the Ile des Embiez, the Calanques de Cassis... Transportation : - By car : you can park directly in the parking lot in front of the apartment, which can accommodate one vehicle. - Nearest train station: Ollioules - Sanary-sur-Mer 3.2 km (approx. 6 min. by car) - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères 33 km (approx. 35 min. by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Air conditioning in the living room (and mezzanine). It can be diffused in the bedroom by leaving the doors open. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Petite maison coquette et très propre, à 5 minutes à pied du port de Sanary. L'endroit est très calme, la maison est confortable, la terrasse est très agréable. Le contact avec la personne en charge de nous accueillir a été très facile.

Maison bien équipée et correspondant totalement aux photos de l'annonce. Située près du port et des commerces. Une place de parking juste devant la maison, une terrasse tres agréable, la Wifi... sans oublier le charmant accueil de Julie. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
