Duplex Apartment of 154m2 for 6-11 people, located on the ground floor of a typical savoyard chalet in the sweet little village of Longefoy.
I's located 2km away from the ski resort, you can use the free shuttle (20m away) .
In the down stairs area, you will find 2 bedrooms, (2x140) 1 bathroom with shower, and 1 separated WC.
Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, american fridge and induction hob.
Raclette and fondue machines. flat screen tv and wifi.
Laundry room with washing machine, where you can also put your Ski.
On the first floor, you will find, a very light and cosy lounge, with 2 sofas and armchair, coffe station and a fridge, big flat screen. 3 bedroom (1x160, 1 with bunkbed 90x190, 1bedroom with a sofa bed 140x190), 2 bathroom with a shower and toilet.
All the parking are free near the apartment During the summer the price can be different depends on the number of guest.

We are able to offer the following exclusively to guests that rent one of our properties: *discounts on ski-hire* *discount on ski passes* All our properties come with free WIFI.
Directions: Plagne Montalbert is easily accessible from the N 90 and is located 150 km (2 hrs) from Geneva, 2 hrs 15 mins from Lyon & Grenoble airports or 1 hr 15 mins from Chambery airport.
It is just 15 minutes from Aime Station where the direct Eurostar from St Pancras stops, and 30 minutes from Bourg St Maurice where you have to catch the Eurostar home again.
This apartment is accessible by car and being only 20 mins from the N90, it provides quick access to other world class resorts like Val d'Isere, Meribel, Courchevel and Chamonix.
Extras The following services are provided as optional extras: Bed Linen : 30€ for single bed and 50€ for double bed per week (including towels) The following services are compulsory additional fees: Cleaning is including Holiday Tax : 1,10€ per night per adult

Il manque quelques petits commerces à proximité mais cela va être réglé avec l ouverture d une épicerie, boulangerie, bar et restaurant.
