Recently renovated, this beautiful apartment boasts an ideal location in the hypercenter of Caen and is perfect for your business trips or family vacations.
Accommodating up to 4 travelers, it is composed as follows:
- A beautiful living/dining room with a Smart TV and excellent WiFi connection.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, and all necessary equipment to cook delicious meals).
- 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds (160x200cm) and closets.
- 1 bathroom with bathtub + washing machine.
Complimentary amenities include: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee for your first morning, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Several private (paid) parking lots are located near the accommodation. Attention: Facade renovation work in progress (on the kitchen, bedrooms, and loggia side). We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
Please note that this only affects weekday reservations, from Monday to Friday. LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages. ##Access When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation. ## Interaction 🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option.
We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay. 📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more. ⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. ##Neighborhood The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city of Caen.
You will find numerous gourmet restaurants, shops of all kinds, as well as quick access to public transport (tramway and bus). ## Notes Your welcome is fully personalized, and we remain available for any special requests throughout your stay. 📅 Check-in and check-out times : - Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM - Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM ⏳ Need flexibility ? - Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge). - Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge). ⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances : - Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in. 🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property : - Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. - No parties or events are allowed. - Strictly non-smoking property. - Pets are not allowed. - In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit. 👮 Practical information : - A valid ID will be required upon arrival. - Breakfast is not included. - Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
