A 10 minute drive will take you to the nearby town of Carovigno, where you'll find a great selection of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries.
You'll also be ideally located to explore Puglia's stunning coastline, just 15 minutes' drive away.
WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.
Surrounded by olive trees, Villa Mincodda is a detached property with a superb countryside location between Carovigno and Ostuni. 10 minutes' drive will take you to the centre of Carovigno, with some great eateries and shops.
Head 15 minutes' in the opposite direction to reach the historic 'white city' of Ostuni, with a host of eateries and boutique shops.
The stunning coastline can also be reached in 15 minutes' by car, with a choice of beautiful beaches for you to explore.
