It has a lovely 46 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 100 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor - Entrance hall with separate WC - A 46 m² living room with sofas and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A bar area adjoining the kitchen First floor (accessible by stairs) - On the landing is the laundry room with a tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and steam generator. - Family bedroom: A double bed (140×190), a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a desk. - Bedroom 2: A double bed (140×190) and a dressing table - Bedroom 3: A double bed (140×190) and a desk - Bathroom with bath and double washbasin - Separate WC Outside - A private 8×4m swimming pool, open from May to September, protected by a retractable dome and fenced off with a secure gate for children's access.
It is heated to 28°C.
Equipped with a chlorine-free bio-UV treatment.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. - A jacuzzi for up to 5 people, available all year round and equipped with a safety cover with a simplified opening mechanism.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec toute la famille.

Je recommande ce lieu ressourçant.
Le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel et agencé avec goût. Le spa et la piscines sont un vrai plus.
Nous avons passés un excellent week-ends. Nous avons découvert la foret de broceliande ainsi que ses environs.
