Comfortable studio apartment located on the mezzanine floor of a four-storey building, equipped with a lift (not necessary to enter the apartment).
At the independent entrance, there are 4 steps. In 36 m2 of space, it accommodates 2 people. Near the Piccole Figlie hospital, it is convenient for the University Campus and the entrance to the ring roads for those arriving by car, in a residential area but close to the centre. Possibility to park for free on the street, on white lines. The internal space is divided as follows: Kitchenette complete with two induction burners, fridge and freezer, microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, moka, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils. Double sofa bed, dining table and 32" smart TV with satellite dish for foreign channels. Bathroom complete with shower, bidet, toilet, sink, hairdryer and washer-dryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: split AC, unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board. Centralized warming. From Bologna Marconi airport: take the shuttle to Bologna station, continue by train to Parma station.
