- A 15 m² living room with two single beds (80x180), TV, air conditioning
- A fully-equipped kitchenette: Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, ceramic hob, small fridge with freezer, etc
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- An entrance hall linking the living room to the bathroom
