Spacious flat situated on the ground floor of a newly refurbished detached house which is located in Guizza, the southest area of the city; this flat can offer an ideal stay for who wants to benefit from having the amenities and the trasports of a big city city without renouncing the quietness of a village.
The flat is far just 5 minutes walking distance from the tram stop "Cuoco", from which you can reach in few minutes the town centre, the train station and the most famous sites to visit.
The flat, which benefits from having a three-step indipendent access, a communal courtyard with artificial grass and a private parking, comprises of:
- open plan living room/kitchen equipped with dining table and chairs, two sofas and a smart TV.
- Fully fitted kitched equipped with fridge/freezer, hobs, oven and dishwasher.
- wide corridor leading to the bedrooms.
- master bedroom equipped with a double bed, a big wardrobe, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers.

- First bathroom equipped with WC, shower, basin, bidet and washing machine.
- Second bathroom equipped with WC, shower, basin and bidet.
Please note that the property does not provide any reception service; please arrange the time of your arrival with our booking department in the time slot 15:00-19:00.
A member of our team will welcome you at the property and will make you aware of the house rules to follow and other important pieces of information.
In the case of late check-in in the time slot 19:00-22:00, you will be required to pay an extra cost of €40,00.

Before your arrival, you must:
- complete an online form that you will receive via chat/email five days before your arrival.
- In the form, you must enter data and documents of all guests and pay the tourist tax.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS AT THE PROPERTY!
Providing the documents of all guests and paying the tourist tax is required by Italian law.
Only after receiving the completed online check-in form we will be able to welcome you at the property. The City Tax is not included and you will be required to pay it before your arrival; Padova City Council set €2,5 per person per night for the first five days of your stay.
The under-16 guests are excluded and the residents of the city are exempted.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in grüner Vorstadtlage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Mit hoher Frequenz fahrende Tram gewährleistet guten und schnellen Anschluss an das Zentrum Paduas. Die Wohnung selbst für zwei Personen fast schon luxuriös.
