The flat is far just 5 minutes walking distance from the tram stop "Cuoco", from which you can reach in few minutes the town centre, the train station and the most famous sites to visit. The flat, which benefits from having a three-step indipendent access, a communal courtyard with artificial grass and a private parking, comprises of: - open plan living room/kitchen equipped with dining table and chairs, two sofas and a smart TV. - Fully fitted kitched equipped with fridge/freezer, hobs, oven and dishwasher. - wide corridor leading to the bedrooms. - master bedroom equipped with a double bed, a big wardrobe, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. - double bedroom equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and two bedside tables. - First bathroom equipped with WC, shower, basin, bidet and washing machine. - Second bathroom equipped with WC, shower, basin and bidet. Please note that the property does not provide any reception service; please arrange the time of your arrival with our booking department in the time slot 15:00-19:00. In the case of late check-in in the time slot 19:00-22:00, you will be required to pay an extra cost of €40,00. The under-16 guests are excluded and the residents of the city are exempted.
