This wonderful penthouse apartment is situated on the beachfront in Playa San Juan. It enjoys both sea and pool views. There is a very spacious balcony which has modern rattan furniture including 4 sun loungers. The apartment is well equipped and includes a washing machine and satellite TV with English and international channels.
In my personal opinion, Playa San Juan 1 - Two Bed is the best among the apartments I rent in Tenerife. Nestled within the quaint Playa San Juan resort, it offers all the essentials: beach, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is a penthouse with a large sunny balcony and brilliant sea views. There is no pool, but who needs a pool when you have the beach on your doorstep. . The balcony is equipped with a patio table, four comfortable rattan chairs with cushions, and two sun umbrellas, providing an enjoyable alfresco dining experience. Additionally, there are four high-quality rattan sun loungers, a small table, and chairs for savouring romantic sunset drinks. The mesmerizing views encompass the sea, harbour, and beach. With double-width space and patio doors leading to the master bedroom and lounge, the balcony seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor areas. Inside the apartment, the lounge is furnished with a spacious L-shaped sofa, an armchair, and a coffee table. Entertainment amenities include a flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, a DVD player, and WIFI access. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, tall fridge/freezer, microwave, and kettle. It also features a convenient breakfast bar with four stools and leads to a small balcony area furnished with a patio table and a couple of chairs. The abundance of patio doors on both sides of the apartment ensures a cool and airy ambiance. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers with a large mirror, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, and patio doors opening to the balcony. An ensuite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin, bidet, and WC accompanies the master bedroom. The second bedroom provides two single beds, two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers with a mirror, fitted wardrobes, and a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms now have coin-operated air conditioning. A second family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin, and WC caters to this bedroom. The apartment offers lift access and is conveniently located on a single level. On the balcony, a wash house is available with a washing machine. Notably, air conditioning is currently not provided within the property. There is a free car park close by to the apartment.
