Villa Margherita is a stunning property that can accommodate up to 14 people.
Carefully renovated, the property offers a perfect balance of modern comforts, spaciousness and contemporary furnishings, while maintaining a pleasant harmony with its historic charm.
The property consists of a main house and an outbuilding.
The main house is arranged over three floors.
On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious living area, which includes:
- A living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and a piano, with direct access to the porch equipped with sofas;
- a modern fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and direct access to the porch equipped for outdoor dining;
- A dining table, overlooking the garden;
- A half bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The first floor, accessed by an internal staircase, is composed of:
- A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
This room also has a double sofa bed; - Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor, in the attic of the villa, there are: - Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (120×190 cm); - A bathroom with shower and bathtub. The outbuilding, which is situated at a short distance from the main house, is composed of - A porch with sofas overlooking the pool; - A bright living room with sofa, TV and fireplace and a kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and dining table; - A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, accessible from the outside. All rooms have air conditioning and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Originally an old country house dating back to the late 1800's, the property has recently undergone a complete renovation, transforming it into an elegant and comfortable villa.
The careful recovery of original materials, such as bricks and wooden beams, has allowed the creation of architectural details and furnishings that give the interior and exterior of this property a distinctive touch, while preserving its authentic charm.
As well as offering maximum comfort, spaciousness and modern facilities, this stunning property has been designed with environmental sustainability and advanced energy management in mind, incorporating features such as photovoltaic panels with storage batteries and rainwater cisterns to reduce the property's impact on the environment and offer guests a responsible and conscious stay.
