Enjoy the fantastic ski and outdoor activity resort of Flims Laax Falera in the Swiss Alps from this quiet oasis. The newly renovated flat offers a blend of contemporary design and chalet chic, letting you relax after a day of outdoor action in a cosy, comfortable and upscale atmosphere.
The view is infinite, looking into the Rhine valley and onto Piz Signina and the balcony is drenched in sunshine all day long.
The kids have their own space on the gallery with games, books and chillout area.
The flat is located in Salums, a small part of Laax located in the forest. A ski bus leaves every 40mins right in front of the house and is at the bottom station Laax Murschetg in 5-9mins.
The lower level offers a spacious dining and living area with an open kitchen. The highspeed internet permits working from home without any problems.
There‘s a cosy huge sofa, a sit-in window with an amazing view, and a balcony exposed to sunshine all day. For movie nights, there even is a beamer.
The kitchen is state-of-the-art and offers all appliances and accessories you can think of, even for raclette and fondue.
The master bedroom is spacious, has a 180x200cm bed with new mattresses and a cupboard for you to store your clothes. There is also an e-piano and e-drums for those who like to make music.
On the same level, there is the bathroom that offers a walk-in rain shower and great and dimmable light.
On the upper level, the gallery, there is the youngsters‘ or friend‘s space. It offers a separate bedroom with two extendable beds (can be used as one double or triple bed or two single beds) and a small cupboard. The open space offers a chillout area, a large comfy bean bag, books, games and toys, and a small desk.
The entire flat is for you, including the balcony.
The laundry area, garage and ski-storage room are used by all 4 parties using the building.
If you have an additional car or a high car, there is an outdoor parking space located 50m further up the street on the left hand side where you can park for free.
The flat has open stairs and is thus not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war sehr ruhig und keine Partyvolk um uns. Der Ausblick am Morgen war himmlisch, zumal wir auch sehr schönes Wetter hatten. Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Haustür und zur Wanderung in den Wald ist es ein kurzer Weg. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
