Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 180 m² villa with a 4000 m² garden for rent in Erquy, close to the town center, beaches and hiking trails.
La Ville Bourse” is an old Erquy pink sandstone farmhouse, recently tastefully renovated on 2 levels, which can accommodate up to 12 people.
The living room is large, and you'll feel right at home around the wood-burning stove (wood supplied), and the cosy atmosphere will charm you. You'll appreciate the comfort of this atypical vacation home and its ideal location. First floor: - The entrance hallway leads to a PMR bathroom with shower and WC. There's also a washing machine and tumble dryer. - Bedroom 1: double bed with window overlooking the garden.
The bedroom is on one level. - Living areas: large, fully-equipped kitchen. - Living room, fireplace (log-burning stove) - Kitchen and living room have direct access to the garden. On the 1ᵉʳ floor: - Bedroom 2: a master suite with bathroom (WC and shower). - Bedroom 3: a bedroom with 2 single beds - Bedroom 4: a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (i.e. 2*2 single beds) - Bedroom 5: a room with 2 single beds - bathroom with shower - separate WC - Table soccer The rooms are very comfortable, with cupboards for your suitcases and travel gear. You'll also enjoy a large 4000m² garden with trampoline and ping-pong table. The neighborhood Shops and market in town center 15-20 min away on foot, bakery 15 min away, ideal for fresh bread every morning. The nearest beaches are those of Erquy, 20 min walk away, with fine sand, fishing and water sports.
Plage du Centre, a smaller beach in the heart of the town, sheltered between Cap d'Erquy and Pointe de la Heussaye, is bordered by a pedestrian dike and children's playground.
The wild beaches of Lourtuais and Portuais are a 20-25 min walk away. Nautical activities : Training courses available at the sailing club: sand yachting, dinghy sailing, kayaking, catamaran sailing, windsurfing and equipment rental for a trip out to sea! Kitesurfing, paddleboarding, surfing, boat trips to discover the Caps d'Erquy and Frehel. Sea outings on an old rig, the Sainte-Jeanne. Information on these activities is available at the Maison de la Mer in Erquy harbor. Don't forget your bike for a stroll around town, along the harbor, or to explore Erquy's many neighborhoods... And for those impressed by Erquy's uneven terrain, electrically-assisted bicycles are available.
Cap Fréhel and the port of Dahouët via the greenway are within everyone's reach with an electrically-assisted bicycle.
Bikes can be hired from the Erquy Tourist Office or Cap Evasion (camping des Salines Plurien). Transport Vehicles must park at the end of the driveway on the right (dirt road), in the spaces provided at the bottom of the garden or in the cul-de-sac behind the house. Other remarks - Bed linen and towels included - Wifi available - Access to the house is either from the garden or from the street. - A little daylight filters in around the shutters; if you prefer complete darkness, bring a night mask. Problème de parking : le parking préconisé en bas du terrain n'est pas accessible en voiture (ornières importantes et terrain humide), difficultés de faire demi tour. Une voisine nous a fait part de son desaccord de garer nos 3 voitures dans l'impasse.Grille du barbecue à changer car rouillée. Lumière trop faible dans lea salle à manger. Manque des grilles dans le four.

La Ville Bourse This lovely home was perfect for our group of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids). It was tastefully designed and well-equipped. The layout was perfect. The beds were comfortable. It was a great location to explore Saint-Malo, the beaches of Erquy, nearby chateaus, Cap Frehel, etc. Our kids loved ...
