Welcome to The West Wing at The Mill House, a delightful 250-year-old cottage, once a former millers house.
The cottage is nestled amongst rolling fields, close to the idyllic Phantassie Doocot and ancient Preston Mill on the banks of the River Tyne.
Situated just half a mile from all village amenities – including two pubs and a local shop. This inviting space features a cosy living room adorned with books, a wood burner, TV, and Wi-Fi, perfect for a relaxing evening indoors.
Guests can enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine, oven, hob, and dining area, ideal for a comfortable self-catered stay. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms and a family bathroom, including one king-size room, a double room, and a charming single room. We had a lovely few days in the cottage. It is in a fantastic situation with a wonderful bakery in walking distance and great walks from the front door. The kitchen has all you need and the bedrooms are very comfortable with good linen. We had a good supper at the Linton hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Der Westflügel ist ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort! Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, sodass die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten problemlos möglich war. Wir haben es sehr genossen, jeden Abend gemeinsam am Esstisch zu sitzen.
