Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 200 m² garden.
Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - 25 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside : - A 200 m² shared garden with a covered area and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-André, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Beaches 10km away with all water sports facilities - Cycling from the village cycle path to the sea or to Le Boulou - Hiking from the village and surrounding villages in the Albères massif - Village on the Route Romane with its Romanesque church - Visit Romanesque art in neighboring villages (church cloister ....) Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Argelès-sur-mer 6 km (10 min by car) - Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée 35 km (32 min by car) - Bus: Bus line to the beach or Perpignan nearby Other remarks : - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Super endroit , très calme avec un grand terrain.L'appartement est très propre et confortable,le seul petit bémol il manque un peu d'ustensile de cuisine.L'accueil est super.

Mas Jordi "Logement assez petit pour une famille de 3 personnes avec un manque de rangement cruel (nous étions deux adultes et un bébé)
Le canapé et le lit ne sont vraiment pas confortables du tout.
Les piles des télécommandes de la climatisation n'étaient pas fonctionnelles à notre arrivée. La vai...
