Wonderful apartment that accommodates up to 4 people, on two levels and equipped with all comforts, including a large terrace overlooking the city and the hills.
The accommodation is located in a modern condominium complex with a shared swimming pool and garden.
Semi-central and convenient location: in 20 minutes on foot or by bus you can reach the escalator in Piazza Italia, from which to explore the historic centre.
Perugia Station is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
Parking space included! The 90m2 accommodation is located on the third floor of a building equipped with a goods lift and is made up as follows: - KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, traditional oven, toaster and electric kettle - LIVING ROOM (there are 4 steps to access it) with sofa, armchairs and TV - ROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, internal BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle + RELAXATION AREA on the mezzanine (accessible from an internal staircase) with armchair and desk - BEDROOM II with two single bunk beds - BATHROOM II with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle - TERRACE.
Further services available to guests: uncovered parking space in the garden, UNLIMITED WIFI, ceiling convectors for heating/air conditioning in all rooms.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
To be shared with the other guests of the structure, the following are available: - Outdoor swimming pool open from May to September - External laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board. 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

We enjoyed the apartment and it was everything advertised. Great views of Perugia, was able to walk to many places but also had secure parking and everything we needed to cook ourselves but also explore the city and its surroundings.
