It comprises an attractive 67 m² living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 3,000 m².

The accommodation comprises - A 67 m² living room with two sofas, TV, dining area and a working fireplace in winter. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Two shower rooms with shower and WC - A separate WC For even more comfort, you can take advantage of the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - A private swimming pool (10x4m²), unheated and secure - A beautiful, unenclosed garden of 3,000 m². - A table tennis table and rackets - Several shaded terraces with furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Aregno, in very pleasant surroundings.
Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Aregno's beaches for relaxation and water sports: paddle, jetski, boat trips, etc. - Discover the surrounding area: ruins of Occi, Agriates Desert - For the adventurous: quad bikes, 4x4 rides, hiking - Aregno beach: 6 km, 10 min by car - Pigma Sant'Antonino hike Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest airport: Calvi, 21 km away (25 min by car) - A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

San Quilico "Maison vraiment idéale, très bien aménagée, agréable à vivre. La vue est époustouflante et la piscine fantastique. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et avons profité de la région qui est superbe.
Beaucoup d'équipements et de consommables déjà présents nous ont grandement facilité l...
