In the commune of Canet-en-Roussillon, we offer you this charming 40 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view, 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan.
The apartment is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the town's public parking lots.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Bus: Line n°3, stop in the street of the apartment
- Nearest train station: Perpignan 15 km (about 20 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes 18.5 km (about 25 mn by car)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bike room available on the first floor of the residence.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
