This charming 90 m² house in Douarnenez, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - Bedroom 1: with a single (child size) opening onto a terrace First floor: - 35 m² living room, with TV, sofas, dining area... - Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
Second floor: - Bedroom 2: with king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside area: - A 25 m³ terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A second 6 m² terrace with awning The house is ideally located in Douarnenez, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Stroll along the seafront - Visit the port and the museum - Several walking and cycling routes Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house's garage.
Bikes can be stored in the garage.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Quimper train station - Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne airport, about 22 minutes by car Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
