Doleen House is a spacious six-bedroom holiday home in Ballyconneely, offering an exceptional coastal setting with sweeping views across the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding Connemara countryside.
Set on approximately three quarters of an acre and just 30 metres from a white sandy beach, it is a fantastic choice for larger families and groups looking to enjoy the Connemara coast. Designed to make the most of its location, the house is filled with natural light, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings and generous living spaces overlooking the sea. A large patio area provides even more opportunity to enjoy the surrounding scenery and fresh Atlantic air. The spacious kitchen and dining area is extremely well equipped for larger groups, with a double electric oven, five-ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and a wide range of additional kitchen equipment.
Double doors lead directly from the dining area onto the patio. Steps lead down to a large and comfortable sitting room with cathedral ceilings, a stove, wooden floors and plenty of seating.
Large windows frame the coastal views, while a door provides direct access to the patio.
Guests can also enjoy a TV with Netflix and Saorview. A separate study provides another relaxing space, complete with a TV and sea views.
There is also a practical utility room with a washing machine, dryer, additional oven and plenty of storage. For guests travelling with outdoor equipment, the property includes a large storage area suitable for golf clubs, wet gear, kayaks and other equipment, with access from both inside the house and the rear of the property. The bright central hallway has large windows overlooking the sea and mountains, comfortable seating and access to the front and rear patio areas. Doleen House sleeps up to 15 guests across six bedrooms.
The accommodation includes a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, an additional ensuite shower room and a family bathroom.
Several of the bedrooms enjoy beautiful sea views. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided, along with constant hot water and fuel for the stove.
