Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 50 m² air-conditioned apartment with mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located in Albitreccia.
Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 38 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190), TV - Bedroom 2: with bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with shower, WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, barbecue, ironing board and iron.
Exterior: - A 30 m² terrace featuring a pergola with shade cloth, integrated solar LED lighting and furniture. - An enclosed, private 38 m² garden with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
The apartment is ideally located in Albitreccia, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Agosta beach 700 m from the apartment, with direct access to the diving club. - Several water activities: swimming, paddle, jet-ski rental nearby ...
Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
