In Toulouse, with its modern décor, this house, facing the garden, with a swimming pool and infrared sauna, is a haven of peace.
Once inside, another world opens up to you: the world of co-living! Close to Purpan Hospital, Blagnac, and the ring road, everything is easily accessible by bike along the Garonne River (V'lib' bike-sharing stations available nearby), by direct bus to the city center, or by tram.
The airport is 10 minutes away, as is the city center (tram and metro). There is an enclosed garden and private parking in front of the house (2 spaces). - On the ground floor: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and lounge, which leads to a large covered terrace, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Studio bedroom: double bed (140 x 190 cm), reversible air conditioning, desk, computer, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, shower, sink, and toilet.
This bedroom also has a terrace and direct access to the garden.
Upstairs, air conditioning is available in the hallway: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a desk, one of which also has a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) and a computer, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Access to an infrared sauna with a backlit Himalayan salt brick wall.
Private 2.8 x 5 m swimming pool, open from May to September, with an alarm. An app is available to control the outdoor lights and the TV (access to Netflix, Canal+, Bein, etc.). The TV has a built-in speaker, and two radios are available. The upstairs bedrooms are kept cool by ceiling fans. WITHOUT A CAR: from Toulouse train station: metro line A (stop "Marengo") - get off at "Patte d'Oie" - take bus no. 66 towards Pelletier/Purpan get off at Charolais - you are at the gîte (total journey time: 32 minutes).
