Just 18km from Toulouse, this detached villa from the 1980s, situated on the same enclosed grounds as the owners' home, is 300m from the center of the village of Frouzins and all its shops and services.
Quiet neighborhood.
The lakes of Paucheville and Bordeneuve, ideal for fishing and walking, are 2km away.
Roques and its shopping center are 5km away, as is the Garonne River (part of the Way of St. James, the ViaGarona hiking trail, and the TransGarona cycling route). The Ramée leisure park (swimming and golf) is 7km away.
The Plaisance-du-Touch Zoo is 10km away, as are the Aqualudia water park in Muret and the Basso-Cambo metro station. Single-story cottage (terrace accessible by 3 steps) with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds: entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, living room (dining room + lounge), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 90cm), bathroom with shower, separate WC, laundry room.

Séjour très agréable dans le gîte la Villa que nous louons régulièrement pendant les vacances scolaires d'hiver pour retrouver notre fils et ses enfants.Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires avec des petites gourmandises lors de notre arrivée!Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir en octobre 2024!

Une belle semaine à Frouzins. Les conseils de visites et de rando de la propriétaire nous ont permis de passer une très bonne semaine, riche en découvertes!Le petit présent de bienvenue a été un petit plus très agréable.Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si nous passons dans la région!Merci encore

des propriétaires accueillants très discret qui vous donnent plein de bons conseils sur les commerces de proximité et le tourisme .Le gite dans une impasse est très calme, confortable avec de bons canapés la proximité de Toulouse et la campagne environnante en fait son charme.
