⭐ Discover our superb top-of-the-range T4 of 108m² located rue de Belgrade in Grenoble. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **✓Your accommodation:** 🏢 This cosy flat comprises: - a lovely living room with sitting area and open-plan kitchen, - a large independent bedroom with 160 cm bed and beautiful bathroom with shower - a second separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed - a third bedroom with a 90 cm extra bed - a beautiful bathroom with bathtub - a separate WC 🛌 The flat has 3 sleeping areas: - a 160cm bed in the first bedroom - a double bed in the second bedroom - a single bed in the third bedroom ⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as equipment like Wi-Fi, for the kitchen (a fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker (capsules not supplied), hobs and all the complete cookware, etc...), dishwasher, bed linen and towels for 5 people on arrival. 🔒 Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed through a trusted third party "Swikly".
After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card.
This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card.
Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded.

Heel luxe appartement met alle benodigdheden om je van je dagelijkse behoeftes te voorzien. Het was netjes en schoon. De instructies om binnen te komen waren duidelijk en makkelijk. Echt een aanrader
Negative:
In 2 slaapkamers zat geen airco en daar was het erg warm.
