It is such a beautiful apartment , superbly renovated- feels "new" and fresh but managed to keep in the same time its "old" identity.
Location was great- from the livingroom area you have the feeling that you are in an old villa sitting on top of the water. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes at the "doorstep" of the property.

Appartement très bien situé, proche des restaurants et rues piétonnes, baignade dans le lac à 3 minutes. La vue sur le lac est incroyable, le matin au levé du soleil et le soir lorsque les villages autour du lac s'éclairent.
La carte permettant de stationner la voiture sur les zones normalement payantes est un réel plus.

The apartment is very clean and the location is superb within Arona and the Lago Maggiore area. The balcony offers great views over the lake. The area is somewhat noisy especially on weekends, but if you can deal with that, it's a beautiful place. The staff was very helpful before and during the stay.
