Cormorant Cottage is a stunning abode set in the heart of the beautiful St Ives, paces from the picturesque harbour, beach, restaurants, galleries and boutiques.
This tastefully-presented haven offers accommodation for up to six guests in three bedrooms; ideal for families, friends and couples, it makes the most fabulous base.
From the little lane, head up the stone steps to the front private patio with bistro table and chairs.
Step inside to find a sitting room with plush sofas - a lovely nook for relaxation, whilst the kitchen/dining room makes a perfect social space for foody gatherings around the dining table, where the cook can prepare feasts in the fully-equipped kitchen.
The ground floor has one of the three shower rooms, handy for washing those sandy toes after a fun day on the beach.
Head up to the first floor, with two welcoming double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower facilities.
The third bedroom is perfect for the children, with 3’ bunks.
The separate shower room ensures generous wash facilities for the whole group.

There’s a kitchen/diner equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, cafetiere, kettle and toaster. There’s a sitting room with a Smart TV and selection of books. WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair, stairgate and travel cot are available. Outside there’s a non-enclosed front patio with furniture. Two small well-behaved dogs welcome - small pet supplement and house rules will apply. Sorry, no smoking. Lovely good sized cottage in the nook behind the harbour shops. Rooms very a good size and had everything you needed. Comfy bed too. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs in the next street. Ideally placed.
