Functional apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people is located in the Santa Rita district, near the center of Turin but outside the ZTL, one step away from the Olympic Stadium and the Pala Alpitour, as well as from the beautiful Cavalieri Vittorio Veneto park, and less 10 minutes by car from Lingotto Fiere. Possibility to find a free parking lot at the street
The space
The 47-square-meter property is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator (NOT suitable for the disabled) and is composed as follows
KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, air fryer, moka pot, kettle, and kitchen utensils.
LIVING AREA with a double sofa bed and dining area.
BEDROOM with a double bed and wardrobe.
BATHROOM with WC, bidet, and shower.
DOUBLE BALCONY.
Further amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (2 splits), central heating with thermostatic valves, TV (Netflix), washer/dryer.
Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.
