A superb holiday villa neatly located in a peaceful residential area, with exquisite attention to detail. The interior is adorned with bright colours and comfortable furnishings, whilst poolside terraces and sunbeds, an enticing outdoor dining spot and a generously sized first floor sun terrace provide the right ingredients to enjoy outdoor living. Within a short walk you will find an abundance of restaurants, a selection of shops and the beach of Alagoa with its gorgeous golden sands.
This superb family villa is a fabulous choice for guests seeking to combine a pool and beach holiday. The bright and cheerful décor exudes a welcoming feel, and care has been taken to attend to every small detail. The spacious open lounge and dining area overlooks the swimming pool, with a fully applianced adjoining kitchen offering a generous supply of utensils and storage space. The villa design thoughtfully incorporates a ground floor bedroom suite for those who prefer to avoid stairs. The 3 remaining bedrooms are situated on the first floor, 1 of which is with private ensuite shower room and the others sharing a bathroom with bathtub. From the entrance, pretty calçada paving encircles the villa edged with Mediterranean shrubbery and attractive potted plants with the patio spaces securely gated for children to play safely. The poolside pergola provides a lovely spot for shady dining “al fresco” – and the traditional brick BBQ is a feature that must be enjoyed for cooking locally caught fresh fish on those balmy summer evenings.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There is 1 bedroom with private bathroom on ground floor, so guest with walking difficulties are well catered for. Parking is on street, directly outside, without a charge.

• SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists' and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us before your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
• TOURIST TAXES
Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.
