The excellent facilities continue in the main apartment and include a fully equipped kitchen finished with striking, black cabinets and a small dining table, perfect for home catering. From here, the main hallway leads to a bright and cosy lounge with large open windows overlooking the pool and terraces where you can sample all the essential ingredients for outside living. An attractive archway provides a shady spot for dining, alongside the traditional charcoal BBQ where you can enjoy a lazy lunch or leisurely supper, relaxing afterwards on one of the comfy sofas. For the sun worshippers, sunbeds are provided around the refreshing pool, ideal for a dip at any time of the day. Grounds are securely gated for children to play safely.

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is ground floor without any stairs within. The apartment has parking directly outside on the street, without a charge.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
