Casa Branca is a stunning new build, one of two spacious side-by-side properties.Casa Branca is a stunning new build, featuring two spacious side-by-side homes rented as one, perfect for a large family or group of friends to enjoy a holiday together.
With 7 bedrooms, a modern decor blended with traditional touches is accompanied by open-plan living areas and superb facilities.
Outside, enjoy alfresco dining by the long pool in the enclosed garden.
Just a 10-minute stroll from a quaint fishing village and the seafront, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing family escape. --------- HOUSE A – 4 BEDROOMS HOUSE B – 3 BEDROOMS Both villas are similar in design and decor, ensuring a consistent standard of presentation and facilities throughout the entire conjoined property.
There are 2 separate accommodation entrances, but outside areas are blended into one large open air living space.
OPEN PLAN INTERIOR LIVING In each villa, step inside to be greeted by a spacious open plan living and dining area.
Here, you can unwind in comfort, with unlimited Wi-Fi and access to 180 European TV channels.
The room's stunning floor tiles, amongst modern furniture add a touch of traditional charm that sets the tone for your stay.
The kitchen and prep islands are the perfect place to cater for summer suppers, served indoors or al fresco style on the poolside dining patios.
On the same ground floor level, each villa has a spacious king size bedroom, with private ensuite shower room, ideal for those who don’t want to tackle stairs! An additional separate WC offers convenience for guests.
FIRST FLOOR Ascend to the first floor to find the further bedrooms with large wardrobes, air conditioning and feature floor tiles - Embraced by a wraparound balcony with soft seating and wonderful views!.
The use of a shared shower room between the upper bedrooms.
OUTDOOR SPACES The villa is securely gated and has a private entrance.
Newly planted gardens add a splash of colour with its succulents and bushes.
The sparkling blue swimming pool is over 20m long, perfect for children to cool down in and for adults to take exercise, also flanked by a large dining table and chairs ideal for summertime suppers.
For more privacy, you can enjoy one of the comfy seating areas on the top wrap around balcony.
ACCESS & PARKING This is private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities.
Please note that there are no steps to reach the front door of this property, but there are 2 staircases inside the property.
The villa has a large, private underground car parking spaces suitable for several cars.

Infelizmente as crianças vinham a contar com piscina aquecida e não fomos avisados que não estava a funcionar. Esta foi uma das razões porque escolhemos esta propriedade. Também tentamos ligar para o contacto da Smartvilla e enviar SMS e não nos responderam nem ligaram de volta.
