This first floor apartment features a fully updated kitchen, private washer & dryer, a sunlit dining nook, Queen bedroom and a Queen Sized Pullout couch in the living area.
This unit can accommodate up to four guests making it the perfect home base for your next trip to Tampa Bay! There were no details spared in the recent renovation of this Historic flat! In the open concept living space you can find a comfortable Queen Sized Pullout Couch and Smart TV ready for you to entertain.
The kitchen is complete with new stainless steel appliances, a Brita water filter and a Keurig Coffee station stocked with a complimentary starter supply of coffee! The primary bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed and a private office space in the room next door.
Just outside the upgraded bathroom you'll find brand new compact laundry machines stocked with a starter supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets.
Enjoy free high speed WiFi and stay in to enjoy all the Adaline has to offer when you stay with us! - PETS: We allow 2 pets per apartment.
Our pet fee is $50/pet, charged after the reservation is booked.
We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags.
Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. - SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds.
Smoking will result in a $500 fine - Please note that there are long-term tenants that reside on this property, and some do have pets - Pull-Out Bed Sheets + Pillows are located in the built-in shelves next to the laundry machines - Private washer and dryer in unit Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard.
There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.

Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. Bayshore Boulevard is right outside your doorstep, known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States! Bayshore Boulevard is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 5 minute walk away with dining, shopping and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less! Some of our teams' favorite nearby hotspots include Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Hyde Park Village, SoHo District, Ybor City & Downtown Tampa!
